never too young or old.


This is my younger brother doing some simple bodyweight excersizes his only 5 years old and i am trying to make him workout once a week for just about 10 mins. he will thank me for it in the future. (dw im not letting him do any dangerous deadlifts or anything, just psuh ups and sit ups.)

My diet

Hi guys, these are some of the types of food i eat. I try to eat 4-5 times and try to drink 3-4litres of water a day and its kinda hard because i have school but when i come back home i try to hydrate myself as much as possible and have a feed right away! I usually include rice in every meal i have because i cant eat veggies or eggs etc alone.

My Supplements!

I have been trying to find different supplements especially weight gainers. These are some brands that i have used, Vital strength, Musashi(not good), Balance 100% whey, and BSN. with BSN i cant find anything but syntha-6 and i can only find them in small tubs which i don't like -.- im looking for BSN cell mass or any good creatine but idk where i can find cell mass and I've never bought anything online before. Can anyone list some stores below(Australian stores) and tell me where i can find BSN cell mass?
